Exchanges/Returns

STANDARD RETURNS

    • Must be requested within 30 days from the day of delivery
    • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
    • Buyer pays return shipping cost
    • Items cannot be returned based on the color. 
    • 25% Restocking fees apply, due to manufacturer charges
    • Returns must include an RMA# (provided by us)
    • Products must be shipped back to us, traceable and insured (tracking MUST be shared with us for a refund)
    • We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss along the way.
    • Refund will be processed as soon as the item is received and verified in the warehouse
    • Any return request based on the color not being as expected, will be treated as a standard return but also a 10% administration fee is also levied to cover transaction and outbound shipping costs.  Due to variations in color representation across different monitors/screen types we are not responsible for any variance.  Our photos reflect as accurate a likeness as possible, but if you require a specific shade we strongly recommend you ask us to ship you a free sample before you place your order.  Also be aware different manufacturers have different names for different colors which may be different to expectation.
    • Any return based on the wrong size being ordered will be treated as a standard return but also a 10% administration fee is also levied to cover transaction and outbound shipping costs. Please research the product specification fully with your contractor before placing the order.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges will be treated as a standard return (as above)
  • A new order can be placed for another product.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Can take up to 24 hours to confirm a cancellation
  • Full refund only if the product has not been processed by the manufacturer for shipment.
  • Cancelations for back ordered items must be made within 7 days of the original transaction for a full refund.  If outside the 7 days - customers are responsible for credit card processing fees
  • If the product has shipped, cancellations will be treated as a standard return (see above)
