Kingston Brass Faucet Warranty
Kingston Brass Faucet Warranty
Kingston Brass faucets carry a 10-year limited warranty covering normal residential use in the United States and Canada. (Sinks, tubs, vanities, and toilets carry a separate 1-year warranty — this page covers faucets specifically.)
Mechanical Coverage
If a faucet leaks or drips under normal use, replacement parts are available through your original place of purchase. If those parts aren't available there, Kingston Brass will ship the necessary cartridge or parts directly to the original owner at no charge, via standard ground freight. Expedited shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Finish Coverage
Finish and other materials/workmanship are covered for 10 years from the original purchase date, for the original owner, on all finishes including Matte Black. The exception is Oil-Rubbed Bronze, a "living finish" that naturally patinas and changes character over time — that's expected behavior, not a defect, though Oil-Rubbed Bronze faucets still carry the full 10-year mechanical warranty. Kingston Brass's antiqued/distressed finishes (Antique Brass, Antique Copper, Naples Bronze, Brushed Black Stainless Steel) may also show some natural variation in tone between production lots; this is a normal characteristic of the finishing process, not a flaw.
Installation & Care Requirements
Before installing, water lines must be flushed clean of debris — skipping this can clog cartridges or aerators and will void the warranty. Never clean your faucet with abrasive cleaners, ammonia, bleach, acids, alcohol, or solvents; doing so voids the warranty as well.
What's Not Covered
Damage from improper installation, accidents, misuse, or abuse isn't covered. Kingston Brass doesn't cover labor, installation, or other incidental costs, and total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To start a claim, email [email protected] with:
- A copy of your sales receipt or order confirmation (showing purchase date, model number, and store name)
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo or video, if the issue involves a mechanical or workmanship defect
- Your full shipping address and phone number
If your order arrived with missing or wrong parts, or damage from shipping, contact Kingston Brass within 30 days of purchase — after that window, they're unable to replace missing or damaged items (ongoing defect coverage under the standard warranty still applies).
