Have a galley kitchen or a 27" sink base and want a single bowl that actually holds a roasting pan? The Franke Cube CUX11021 uses nearly the full width of that cabinet with a 21.25" long, 9" deep bowl.

A single bowl is the practical choice at this size. Split a 27" cabinet into two bowls and neither one fits a baking sheet; keep it as one and you can soak sheet pans, stand a tall pot upright and still have room to rinse. The squared Cube profile keeps the corners usable instead of curving them away.

It is made from 18 gauge stainless with a brushed Pearl finish that disguises everyday scuffs, and an undercoating plus sound pads keep it quiet.

Will a half-size sheet pan lie flat in the bowl?

A standard half sheet pan is about 18" x 13", and the bowl is 21.25" x 16.12", so yes, it lies flat on the bottom for soaking.

Is there a matching grid?

Yes. The Franke CU21-36S grid is made for this sink and protects the floor of the bowl from scratches.

Can I install it with a laminate countertop?

No. Undermount sinks need a solid countertop, such as granite, quartz, marble or solid surface, because the sink hangs from the underside of the counter and the cut edge stays exposed. Your fabricator cuts the opening using the template on the spec sheet.
