A 30-Inch Fireclay Kitchen Sink Without the Apron Front
Plenty of people love the look of fireclay but don't want a farmhouse apron, or their cabinets weren't built for one. The Latoscana PO0302001 gives you that same glazed Italian fireclay in a regular-cabinet sink. It's a single 30-inch bowl, in gloss white or matte black, and it fits a 33-inch base cabinet.
What You Get With Fireclay
Fireclay is clay that's shaped by hand, glazed and fired at a very high temperature, which leaves a hard, glassy surface that doesn't soak up stains, holds up to hot pans and wipes clean with dish soap. Because each sink is handmade in Italy, no two are exactly alike, and the measurements can vary slightly from one to the next.
Size and Fit
The sink is about 30" wide, 20" front to back and 8-5/8" tall, and the bowl is around 8" deep. One big bowl is easier to work in than two small ones when you're washing a roasting pan or a stack of sheet trays.
It's made to go under a stone, quartz or solid-surface counter. There are no faucet holes in the sink, so the faucet mounts in the counter behind it, which also lets you pick any style you like.

Common Questions Answered
Is white or black easier to keep clean?
The gloss white is the easiest. It wipes clean and hides water spots. The matte black hides scuffs and coffee stains but can show hard-water marks, so it's worth drying it off at the end of the day.
Will a fireclay sink chip?
Fireclay is very hard, but a heavy cast-iron pan dropped on the rim can chip the glaze. A bottom grid protects the floor of the bowl, and small chips can be touched up with a repair kit.
Can I put a garbage disposal on it?
Yes. The 3-1/2" drain opening takes a standard disposal flange.
