Manor House processed my Nantucket sink order promptly, and it arrived from the manufacturer's warehouse in perfect condition.
The sink itself is the best choice available for workstations, in my opinion. It is beautiful, quite large, and easy to clean. I love the offset drain, which gives me lots of cabinet space, and is the best configuration for ledge use. The double ledge is a very nice feature, and you can purchase a variety of accessories from other sink manufacturers. I am using a Krauss stainless drain rack instead of the included roll up mat, and it fits perfectly and is my favorite accessory because it holds plates, cups, flatware. The included "colander" is a perfect for placing dirty flatware and small items that need to be washed or rinsed. I purchased a separate expandable colander for washing veggies and draining pasta. It works on either ledge.
Shortcomings: I wish the sink included a choice of disposer collar or colander drain. The colander drain is nice, but unusable for those with disposers. (But i am using the stainless cover). Secondly, the sink drains very well, however it is a bit if a challenge to get small fragments of food into the drain, and I feel like I am chasing them around the sink. This is probably the case for any large sink. (I would not know since I had a double bowl.) Lastly, I wish they would sell a thicker cutting board that would sit flush with the counter or even above counter height, instead of an inch or more below counter height, which is awkward. I will probably order a custom made board. All that said, I have no regrets. It is a beautiful and well-designed sink.
