A Square Workstation Bar Sink Where the Board Covers the Whole Bowl
The Ruvati RVG1620 is a 20-inch square prep sink with ledges at two heights. Set the included cutting board on the top ledge and it covers the entire sink, which gives you back counter space in a small bar or island. Drop it to the lower ledge and it works as a rinse and drain platform.
It's made from epiGranite, Ruvati's granite composite: about 80% crushed natural granite bonded with a resin that makes the surface non-porous. It resists stains, scratches and heat up to 536°F, the color runs all the way through so it won't fade, and the thick walls keep it quiet when you run water or drop a pan. It's made in Italy.
Size and Fit
Outside, the RVG1620 measures 20" x 20". Bowl size: 17-5/8" x 15-1/4" x 8" deep. It fits a 23" base cabinet.

Before You Buy
- You'll need a base cabinet at least 23" wide.
- This is a drop-in sink: the rim sits on top of the counter, so it works with laminate as well as stone. A cutout template is included.
- Check the faucet hole layout on Ruvati's spec drawing before you choose a faucet.
- The 3-1/2" drain opening fits a garbage disposal. If you use one, install the flange that comes with the disposal instead of the strainer.

Common Questions Answered
Is granite composite hard to keep clean?
No. The resin makes the surface non-porous, so most spills wipe away with mild soap and water. On lighter colors, a weekly scrub with a soft sponge and a little baking soda keeps it bright.
Can I add more accessories later?
Yes. Ruvati sells extra workstation accessories such as colanders, serving boards and drying racks, and we can check which ones fit this sink for you.
Does it come with a drain?
Yes. A matching strainer drain is in the box.
