epiGranite Collection — Single Bowl Workstation with Slope-Bottom®

The RVG2303 is a single bowl granite composite workstation sink from Ruvati's epiGranite collection, manufactured in Italy from 80% crushed natural granite bonded with a proprietary resin. The front-and-back ledge track lets the included solid composite cutting board and patented foldable drying rack slide freely to any position over the basin. The cutting board features a textured concrete finish, three knife holes, and a non-porous surface that is dishwasher safe and resistant to scratches and bacteria.

Slope-Bottom® and Offset Drain

Two design details make the RVG2303 more practical than a standard single bowl sink. The Slope-Bottom® angles the basin floor 1" toward the drain, directing water and debris away from the corners automatically rather than leaving it to pool. The offset drain can be positioned on the left or right side during installation, freeing up under-cabinet space that a centered drain would otherwise occupy. Both bowls measure 30-1/2" x 16-3/4" at 9" depth, fitting a standard 36" base cabinet. The sink is cUPC certified and tested by IAPMO to meet all US and Canadian plumbing standards.

Common Questions Answered

Can the offset drain be installed on either side, or is it fixed at the factory?

The offset drain position is determined during installation, not at the factory — you choose left or right based on your cabinet layout and plumbing configuration. This flexibility is particularly useful when the existing drain rough-in is off-center, or when you want to keep one side of the under-cabinet space clear for storage. The drain uses a standard 3.5" opening and is compatible with any garbage disposal unit regardless of which side it is installed on.
